COURTYARD HOUSE

This project was designed around a central interior courtyard that becomes the heart of the home. The surrounding living spaces open toward this private outdoor room through expansive glazing, creating strong visual connections, abundant natural light, and a seamless relationship between interior and exterior spaces. A restrained contemporary palette of white stucco, dark-framed openings, warm wood soffits, and natural landscaping keeps the architecture clean while allowing the courtyard to provide warmth, texture, and character. The result is a private, inward-focused residence designed around light, landscape, and everyday outdoor living.
